Thai Basil and Sweet Chilli Chicken
ingredients
- Passage Foods Thai Basil and Sweet Chilli Chicken Simmer Sauce
- 600g sliced chicken, beef or seafood
- 1 cup mixed vegetables - wedges of carrots, onions, green beans
- 2 cups of steamed jasmine rice
method
- 1Heat one tablespoon of oil in a wok.
- 2Add your choice of meat, cook on high until sealed, then add vegetables and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
- 3Pour stir-fry sauce into wok and toss through.
- 4Reduce heat to low and stir for 2-3 minutes, or until meat is fully cooked.
- 5Serve on a bed of steamed Jasmine rice.
