Thai Basil and Sweet Chilli Chicken


ingredients
  • Passage Foods Thai Basil and Sweet Chilli Chicken Simmer Sauce
  • 600g sliced chicken, beef or seafood
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables - wedges of carrots, onions, green beans
  • 2 cups of steamed jasmine rice
method
  1. 1Heat one tablespoon of oil in a wok.
  2. 2Add your choice of meat, cook on high until sealed, then add vegetables and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  3. 3Pour stir-fry sauce into wok and toss through.
  4. 4Reduce heat to low and stir for 2-3 minutes, or until meat is fully cooked.
  5. 5Serve on a bed of steamed Jasmine rice.
