Soy Honey Chicken


ingredients
  • 3 chicken breasts, sliced horizontally
  • 1 tablespoon finely grated fresh ginger
  • 2 tablespoon cornflour
  • 3 tablespoon Fountain Soy & Honey Sauce
method
  1. 1Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan forced. Line a large baking tray with baking paper.
  2. 2Place chicken, cornflour, ginger & Fountain Soy & Honey Sauce in a large bowl. Mix to combine. Set aside for 30 minutes.
  3. 3Place chicken on prepared tray in an even layer. Roast, turning halfway, for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through.
  4. 4Serve with rice and Asian vegetables or a salad if desired.
