Soy Honey Chicken
ingredients
- 3 chicken breasts, sliced horizontally
- 1 tablespoon finely grated fresh ginger
- 2 tablespoon cornflour
- 3 tablespoon Fountain Soy & Honey Sauce
method
- 1Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan forced. Line a large baking tray with baking paper.
- 2Place chicken, cornflour, ginger & Fountain Soy & Honey Sauce in a large bowl. Mix to combine. Set aside for 30 minutes.
- 3Place chicken on prepared tray in an even layer. Roast, turning halfway, for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through.
- 4Serve with rice and Asian vegetables or a salad if desired.
