Beef Vindaloo

- 1 kg of Diced Beef
- 2 cups of Basamati Rice
method
- 1Seal meat in a hot, oiled saucepan
- 2Add the simmer sauce and stir until bubbling
- 3Turn heat down to low and simmer until meat is tender
- 4Serve with steamed Basmati Rice
