Beef Vindaloo

  • Passage Foods Vindaloo Simmer Sauce
  • 1 kg of Diced Beef
  • 2 cups of Basamati Rice
method
  1. 1Seal meat in a hot, oiled saucepan
  2. 2Add the simmer sauce and stir until bubbling
  3. 3Turn heat down to low and simmer until meat is tender
  4. 4Serve with steamed Basmati Rice
