Avocado and Hummus Salad
ingredients
- 1 tbsp Hummus
- ½ Avocado, sliced
- Romaine
- Chopped cucumbers
- Tomatoes
- Olives
- Hemp seeds
- ¼ Cup Olive Oil
- 1.5 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 garlic clove minced or a touch of garlic powder
- sprinkle of sea salt
method
- 1First take olive oil, balsamic vinegar, mustard, minced garlic cloves, sea salt and whisk all ingredients together to make the Balsamic Vinaigrette.
- 2Place romaine, cucumber, tomatoes, carrots, olives in a bowl and toss with balsamic vinaigrette.
- 3Top with Hummus, Avocado and hemp seeds.
