Avocado and Hummus Salad


ingredients
  • 1 tbsp Hummus
  • ½ Avocado, sliced
  • Romaine
  • Chopped cucumbers
  • Tomatoes
  • Olives
  • Hemp seeds
  • ¼ Cup Olive Oil
  • 1.5 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 garlic clove minced or a touch of garlic powder
  • sprinkle of sea salt
method
  1. 1First take olive oil, balsamic vinegar, mustard, minced garlic cloves, sea salt and whisk all ingredients together to make the Balsamic Vinaigrette.
  2. 2Place romaine, cucumber, tomatoes, carrots, olives in a bowl and toss with balsamic vinaigrette.
  3. 3Top with Hummus, Avocado and hemp seeds.
