Passionfruit Iced Tea

Serves: 4-6

Prep time: 5 minutes plus cooling time

  • 6 tea bags
  • 500ml boiling water
  • 400ml Bundaberg Passionfruit
  • Sprig of mint
  • 3 passionfruits
  • Ice, to serve
method
  1. 1Place the teabags in a small jug and add the boiling water and brew for about 6-7 minutes.
  2. 2Cool the tea. (You can make this the day before as well and leave it in the fridge to chill).
  3. 3To make the tea, fill the glasses with 2/3 of ice and place a sprig of mint in them.
  4. 4Fill the glasses just more than halfway with tea, and then top with Bundaberg Passionfruit.
  5. 5Serve the tea with passionfruit pulp.
