One Pan Spaghetti with Sausage


ingredients
  • 1 box Orgran Gluten Free Italian Style Spaghetti
  • 3 cups Water
  • 3 teaspoons of Olive Oilr
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 300g Passage Foods Marinara mix
  • 1 link Sausage, cooked, sliced into 1/3-inch coins
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Salt and Black Pepper to taste
method
  1. 1Pour whole box of pasta into a large skillet. Pour 3 cups of cold water into the pan, ensuring that the water covers the pasta.
  2. 2Turn the burner to high, then set your timer for 10 minutes. Optional: add a bit of salt to taste.
  3. 3Cook on high, stirring occasionally, until almost all of the liquid has evaporated.
  4. 4Heat the olive oil in a medium to large frypan.
  5. 5Squash garlic cloves and cook for 2 minutes before removing them.
  6. 6Add sausages and cook on high until sealed.
  7. 7Stir in Marinara sauce and simmer on low for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally until sausage is cooked through.
  8. 8Add freshly cooked, al dente pasta to the sauce and sauté at maximum heat for 1 minute before serving.
