200 gr Arnott's Nice biscuits broken into smaller pieces
100 gr mini marsh mallows or cut bigger ones into pieces
50 gr dried cranberries
handful of almonds chopped
method
1Melt the butter and the chocolate together au bain marie.
2Put all other ingredients together in a large bowl and pour the chocolate over it. Stir everything through. You want each part to be covered by a bit of chocolate.
3Prepare a baking tin with baking paper and pour the mixture in. Use a spoon to press it as firmly as possible into the tin and put into the fridge for a minimum of four hours
