Red Velvet Whoopie Pie
ingredients
- YesYouCan Red Velvet Cupcake Mix
- 2 eggs
- 160ml water
- 60g butter
- 1/2 cup softened cream cheese
- Icing Sugar
method
- 1Combine YesYouCan Red Velvet Cupcake Mix, eggs, oil, and water
- 2Using an electric mixer, mix ingredients for 2 minutes
- 3Transfer the batter into a piping bag fitted with a round tip
- 4Pipe the batter onto a baking sheet in about 2 inch circles, giving enough space in between each
- 5Bake for 20 minutes at 180°C conventional oven
- 6Cream the cream cheese for 2 minutes and gradually add icing sugar. Add frosting to a piping bag
- 7Once the pie halves are cool, squeeze icing on the flat side and put the other half on top to make a sandwich
