Red Velvet Whoopie Pie


ingredients
  • YesYouCan Red Velvet Cupcake Mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 160ml water
  • 60g butter
  • 1/2 cup softened cream cheese
  • Icing Sugar
method
  1. 1Combine YesYouCan Red Velvet Cupcake Mix, eggs, oil, and water
  2. 2Using an electric mixer, mix ingredients for 2 minutes
  3. 3Transfer the batter into a piping bag fitted with a round tip
  4. 4Pipe the batter onto a baking sheet in about 2 inch circles, giving enough space in between each
  5. 5Bake for 20 minutes at 180°C conventional oven
  6. 6Cream the cream cheese for 2 minutes and gradually add icing sugar. Add frosting to a piping bag
  7. 7Once the pie halves are cool, squeeze icing on the flat side and put the other half on top to make a sandwich
