Baked Pear Custard
ingredients
- 2 pears, thinly sliced
- ⅓ cup caster sugar
- 2 tsp custard powder
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 2 cups Sanitarium So Good Lite soy milk, heated
- yogurt to serve
method
- 11. Arrange pears over base of lightly greased ramekin dishes.
- 22. Combine sugar and custard powder, then whisk in eggs and vanilla. Gradually add hot So Good to egg mixture. Pour egg mixture over pears.
- 33. Bake in a slow oven, 150°C, for 1 hour or until set. Serve with yogurt.
