Stir-Fried Prawns with Hokkien Noodles & Vegetables
Ingredients
300g raw peeled prawns, tails on (butterfly cut, if you prefer) 1 garlic clove, chopped 1 small piece fresh ginger, chopped 2 teaspoons Trident Stir-Fry Fish Sauce 2 tablespoons oil 2 bok choy, chopped 2 spring onions, sliced 410g can Trident Chinese Mixed Vegetables, drained 400g Trident Hokkien Noodles (2 x 200g packs) ¼ cup Trident Stir-Fry Oyster Sauce
Method
1. Heat oil in the wok and stir-fry prawns with garlic, ginger and Trident Stir-Fry Fish Sauce for 1 minute. Set aside on a plate. 2. Stir-fry bok choy and spring onions for 1minute. 3. Return prawns, and add the Trident Chinese Mixed Vegetables and Trident Hokkien Noodles. 4. Then add the Trident Stir-Fry Oyster Sauce and ¼ cup water. Stir-fry for 2½ minutes. Serve.
